Terms of Service
These Terms and Conditions are subject to changes without notice.
The Customer is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the Terms of Service before placing a Commission with the Artist (“chrysantmar”).
Once the request for the Commission is placed it is assumed that the Customer has read, understood and agreed to all Terms of Service.

General
The Artist has the right to refuse any Commission request without providing an explanation.
Any conversation regarding the Commission is to be done in a respectful manner.
Art style is as exhibited in the examples and the Artists’ social media, do not ask to replicate someone else's' style.
The Customer can at any point cancel the Commission.
If a Commission is canceled the Customer loses all rights to the Commission (Customers’ rights are as stated in the Copyright section of the Terms of Service).
Refund will depend on the progress of the Commission (Refund terms are as stated in the Payment & Refunds section of the Terms of Service)
Commissions are a digital good delivered to the Customer by email as a .png or .jpeg file.
If at any point these Terms of Service are breached the Customer loses all rights to the Commission and will be blacklisted from placing a Commission with me in the future.
Timeline & Schedule
The Artist is based in Portugal (i.e WET), keep this in mind when messaging me and/or waiting for a response.
Commissions should take around 2-4 weeks minimum, however during the initial discussion period the Artist will be able to provide a more precise estimation depending on the type of Commission and other personal factors.
The Artist only works during business days which exclude Portuguese holidays.
Updates will be sent for each phase of production if applicable (ex. Sketch, Line Art, Flat Colors and Rendering).
The Customer can at any point request a progress image of the piece.
Customer Satisfaction
As the Artist I will do my best to make sure that the Customer is happy.
Revisions are unlimited during the sketch phase.
After the sketch is finalized and agreed on by both the Artist and the Customer there are no further revisions, please let me know if anything is wrong before the process continues.
Payment
Commissions are paid in Full at the beginning. The Artist will only start working once payment is received.
Payments are to be made through Paypal or MBWay in Euros (€).
When making payments through Paypal the Artist will issue an invoice to the provided email, the Customer will be expected to cover the fees associated with this method: 2.9% + 0.35€.
Base prices may be subject to change according to complexity.
Commissions may be fully refunded if canceled before the Artist begins the Commission.
Commissions may be refunded 50% if canceled during the sketch phase (not applicable for Sketch Commissions).
Commissions are non-refundable once it is past the sketch phase.
If for, whatever reason, the Artist has to cancel the Commission at any point a full refund will be issued.
Filing a chargeback means the Customer loses all rights to the Commission and will be blacklisted from placing a Commission with me in the future.
Copyright
Commissions are for personal use only.
As the Artist I retain all rights to the Commission and can publicly feature it in any way.
The Customer may not distribute, reproduce or otherwise profit off of the Commission.
The Customer may not use the Commission for the purpose of submission to an AI database or to be sold as an NFT.
The Customer may not take credit for the creation of the Commission.
The Customer may not edit, alter or trace the Commission, this includes removing the Artists’ watermark/signature.
The Customer may not use Commission as a logo unless otherwise discussed with the artist.
The Customer may display the Commission on social media as long as the watermark is visible and/or the Artist is tagged/given prominent credit. This includes using the commission as a profile picture.
The Customer may print the art to be displayed in a personal space as long as it doesn't breach any of the aforementioned Terms.
The artist may print the Commission and send it to the Customer, however the Customer is expected to cover postage charges.
If the Customer wishes to purchase Commercial Rights to the Commission that can be discussed but will come with additional fees.
The Artist will not reproduce the Commission as merch.
